Exterior Cleaning Technician.
As a technician at Halo Exterior Cleaning, you'll be trained hands-on across every service we offer — windows, pressure washing, gutters, soft washing, roofs, decks, fences, and rust removal. You learn the full trade, not just one task.
You'll service homes and businesses across the Metro Detroit area with the right equipment, clear systems, and a crew that holds each other to a high standard. We run Monday through Saturday, 8 AM to 6 PM, with every Sunday off.
Our season runs May through December. You'll get steady, full-time hours the whole time, then take January through March off before starting back up in May.
We offer a steady hourly rate with performance bonuses on top, fully paid training, and a clear path into lead and senior roles as you prove yourself. Show up, work hard, and there's real room to grow with us.
